Bookerclub S.L. (hereinafter'Bookerclub'), established at Calle Herreros, 54, Pol. Industrial Los Angeles, 28906 Getafe, Madrid. Registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid, Volume 30.281, Folio 110, Section 8, Page M-545003. CIF B86600319 provides this Online Booking Process on behalf of the Accomodation Provider.
SERVICE
Bookerclub provides an online platform, through which accommodation services (hotels, aparthotels, apartments, etc.) offer their rooms and complementary services (parking, breakfast, etc.) and users of the site have the possibility to book them. Once the client makes a reservation, a direct contractual relationship is established with the reserved establishment, Bookerclub acts from that moment on as an intermediary between both parties, processing the reservation data to the establishment and sending a confirmation email in the name and on behalf of the establishment. The information shown by Bookerclub is based on the information provided by the establishments. We provide establishments with an extranet where they can update prices, availability and data that appear on our website. We cannot certify that all information is correct or complete. The establishment is at all times responsible for the information provided on our website.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions and completing the Booking Process, Bookerclub agrees to provide you, the Client, with the necessary tools to enable you to book accommodation as described and discussed in this Booking Process with the Accommodation Provider. Bookerclub agrees to allow you, the Customer, to use such tool in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions.
For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that no booking contract exists between you, the customer, and Bookerclub.
The provision of these tools shall be governed by Spanish law. In cases where these Conditions appear in a language other than Spanish, such translations shall be used solely for convenience and, for legal purposes, the Spanish language version shall always prevail.
CREDIT CARD - PAYMENT - DETAILS
At the precise moment that the user decides to make a reservation, we will request the information related to his credit card in order to guarantee the reservation to the establishment. There may be establishments that offer the possibility of paying non-refundable reservations directly in the booking process. Bookerclub does not make or accept any payment to or on behalf of the merchant. Bookerclub is not responsible for any fees that the bank may charge the customer for the use of their cards. By making a reservation through our website, you are deemed to be authorising the transfer of your credit card details.
CANCELLATIONS
The establishments have their own conditions of cancellation or modification of a reservation. We urge you to read the conditions carefully before making a reservation, as once you make a reservation you will be subject to these conditions, as there are different types of fares that are subject to different conditions.
MINIMUM PRICE GUARANTEE
The prices shown on Bookerclub are per room and full stay and are shown inclusive of VAT and other taxes (these taxes are subject to change) unless explicitly stated. There is the possibility that you may find on our website cheaper rates for a specific stay, these rates are usually subject to special conditions regarding cancellation and refund. In case you find the cheapest price on the Internet, as long as it is subject to the same booking conditions we will match the price. The exchange rate is for information purposes only.
FREE SERVICE
The Bookerclub service is completely free, we do not add any kind of supplement (reservation) to the price of the rooms. The client pays the hotel directly for his stay and we will not charge his credit card.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Bookerclub acts merely as an intermediary between the establishment and the customer and is only liable for direct damages incurred due to defects attributable to our obligations in reference to our services.
In the event that you, the Client, book accommodation through Bookerclub with an Accommodation Provider and the latter subsequently does not provide you with the accommodation booked, refuses it or does not fulfil the contract, Bookerclub shall not be held liable. By executing this Booking Process, you, the Customer, waive any claim against Bookerclub for any damage or loss caused by the failure of the Accommodation Provider to provide you with the accommodation booked, because the accommodation provided is not suitable, because the accommodation provided has not been properly described or for any other damage or loss (including costs) that may be caused during your stay.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Bookerclub is governed by the utmost respect for privacy rules, we adhere to the disclosure of data required by law in each jurisdiction and your name, email address and credit card details that are required to complete the reservation in the establishment. We will not disclose personal information to third parties without your prior consent.
We give great importance to the confidentiality of users' personal data. This booking system is managed by Bookerclub S.L. which guarantees the protection and confidentiality of personal data of any kind provided by users in accordance with the provisions of the General Regulations on the Protection of Personal Data.
All data provided by users to Bookerclub S.L. or its staff will be included in an automated file of personal data / files created and maintained under the responsibility of Bookerclub S.L. and equipped with the appropriate security measures for its processing, depending on the data processed in each case, essential to provide the services requested by users.
The data provided will be treated in the terms established in the General Regulations on the Protection of Personal Data. In this sense, Bookerclub S.L. has adopted the legally required levels of protection, and has installed all the technical measures to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access by third parties.
In compliance with the provisions of the GDPR, the user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation / deletion, opposition, limitation or portability.
