A Bookerclub disponibiliza uma plataforma online, através da qual os serviços de alojamento (hotéis, aparthotéis, apartamentos, etc.) oferecem os seus quartos e serviços complementares (estacionamento, pequeno almoço, etc.) e os utilizadores do site têm a possibilidade de os reservar. Uma vez que o cliente faz uma reserva, uma relação contratual direta é estabelecida com o estabelecimento reservado, Bookerclub age a partir desse momento como um intermediário entre ambas as partes, processando os dados de reserva para o estabelecimento e enviando um email de confirmação em nome e em nome de o estabelecimento. Para evitar dúvidas, é acordado que não existe contrato de reserva entre você, o cliente e o Bookerclub.

O fornecimento dessas ferramentas será regido pela lei espanhola. Nos casos em que estas Condições apareçam em outro idioma que não o espanhol, tais traduções serão usadas somente por conveniência e, para fins legais, a versão no idioma espanhol prevalecerá sempre.

RESPONSABILIDADES DE RESPONSABILIDADE

 

O Bookerclub atua meramente como um intermediário entre o estabelecimento e o cliente e é apenas responsável por danos diretos incorridos devido a defeitos atribuíveis às nossas obrigações em referência aos nossos serviços.

No caso em que você, o cliente, reservar acomodação através do Bookerclub com um provedor de hospedagem e este posteriormente não fornecer a acomodação reservada, recusar ou não cumprir o contrato, o Bookerclub não será responsabilizado. Ao executar este processo de reserva, você, o cliente, renunciar a qualquer reclamação contra Bookerclub por qualquer dano ou perda causada pela falha do provedor de alojamento para lhe fornecer o alojamento reservado, porque o alojamento fornecido não é adequado, porque o alojamento fornecido tem não foi devidamente descrito ou por qualquer outro dano ou perda (incluindo custos) que possa ser causado durante a sua estadia.

 

PROPRIEDADE INTELECTUAL
